You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at help@spicyreplies.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

SpicyReplies is an AI-powered platform that generates roast responses and flirty replies for entertainment purposes only. The outputs are creative, humorous, and not intended as factual statements about any real person. Use them responsibly.

You agree not to use SpicyReplies to: • Harass, bully, or threaten any real person • Generate content involving minors • Impersonate any individual or entity • Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Generate content targeting real, identifiable people without their consent • Generate content intended to harass or bully specific individuals • Generate any content involving minors in any way We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Shots are one-time purchases that grant access to AI generations. They never expire, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for any other benefit. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change.

Unused shots may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email help@spicyreplies.com with your account email and order details. Shots that have already been used are non-refundable.

You are solely responsible for how you use the content generated by SpicyReplies. We provide the tool; you decide how to use the output. SpicyReplies is not responsible for any real-world consequences resulting from your use of generated content.

Content generated by SpicyReplies is for entertainment purposes only. SpicyReplies is not responsible for how users use or share generated content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. AI output is creative and unpredictable — it should not be taken as factual, defamatory, or a statement of truth about any real person.

SpicyReplies is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI output is inherently unpredictable. We make no guarantees about accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content. The service is for entertainment only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpicyReplies' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Unused shots will not be refunded in cases of termination due to violations.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SpicyReplies after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
