What SpicyReplies does

SpicyReplies writes the next text for you. Upload a screenshot of a chat, a dating profile or a photo, or describe what happened, pick Roast or Flirt, and it writes one short reply built on what was actually said. One tap makes it spicier or softer.

It started from a simple problem: everyone has stared at a "wyd" or a left-on-read chat and had no idea what to send. Generic pickup line lists do not help, because the lines that land are the ones about the actual conversation.

Who makes it

SpicyReplies is built and run by Rush, its founder. Rush runs the product and the texting guides on this site.

How the AI writes replies

Replies are written by large language models run through KIE AI: Kimi K3 by Moonshot AI first, with DeepSeek as a backup. The models were picked in a blind test where replies from several models were rated without knowing which model wrote them.

The AI reads the whole screenshot, not just the last message, so the reply can call back to something the other person said earlier.

How the guides are researched

Every guide starts from what people actually search for and ask: Google search suggestions in the US, questions people post on dating and texting forums, and our own Search Console data. App comparison pages use the public App Store listings and show the date the prices were checked.

The example lines are written for the exact situation in the heading and checked by hand. The free Dry Texter Test runs entirely in your browser.

Content rules

• SpicyReplies is for adults 18 and over.
• Flirt replies, including Extra Spicy mode, stay suggestive and playful, never explicit.
• Roasts are meant for people who are in on the joke: friends, group chats and roast battles.
• Screenshots and replies are handled as described in the privacy policy, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
